This consultation is for adults living in or visiting Spain who want a doctor-led assessment of their weight, metabolic health, and treatment options — not a shortcut to a prescription. Dr. Pacheco Sena reviews your full medical history before any medication is considered.

How the program works
- Initial consultation Online. Full medical history, current medications, prior weight-loss attempts, recent labs if available, if not available a recent bloodwork will be requested.
- Clinical assessment. The doctor determines whether lifestyle-based management, referral, or a GLP-1 receptor agonist prescription is clinically appropriate. GLP-1 medication is never guaranteed and is not suitable for everyone.
- Prescription (if appropriate) and pharmacy dispensing. If prescribed, the medication is dispensed through a licensed Spanish pharmacy — never sold or shipped through this website.
- Follow-up and monitoring. Scheduled check-ins to review tolerance, side effects, and progress, and to adjust the plan.
