How It Works
1. Submit your form
Tell us your current medication, dosage, and how long you have been taking it. Upload any previous prescription or medical documentation if you have it — this helps us issue the longest renewal possible.
2. Clinical review
Join your video consultation from your hotel room, apartment, beach or anywhere in the city. All you need is your phone or laptop.
3. Prescription to your inbox
Your prescription arrives by email, valid at any pharmacy in Spain. Returning patients who are already on file can request renewals through the form alone — no repeat consultation needed.

Up to 3 months of medication per renewal, subject to clinical assessment. This works out at under €10 per month for patients on ongoing treatment.

What we can prescribe
We refill most chronic and ongoing medications, including treatments for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid conditions, diabetes, asthma, contraception, and many others.
What we cannot prescribe
For patient safety, we are unable to issue prescriptions for controlled substances, including:
- ADHD medications (e.g. Ritalin, Adderall)
- Strong opioid painkillers (e.g. oxycodone, codeine)
- Benzodiazepines for anxiety or sleep (e.g. Xanax, Valium)

How long will my prescription last?
Up to 3 months, depending on your clinical assessment. First-time patients typically receive a shorter initial renewal while we establish your medical history with us.
Do I need to send my previous prescription?
It is not mandatory, but it helps. Providing documentation of your current treatment allows our GP to issue a longer renewal and process your request faster.
Will the prescription work at any Spanish pharmacy?
Yes. We issue an electronic private prescription valid at any pharmacy across Spain.
What if I am a returning patient?
Once you are on file with us, you renew through the form alone — no consultation, no repeat assessment. Just submit and we will process it.
How long does it take?
Most prescriptions are issued within a few hours during operating hours. We are available Monday to Sunday, 9:00–22:00.
